Frequently Asked Questions

With your advanced reservation, we are available any time of day, 365 days a year.

US Cash and most major credit cards are accepted at time of service. To prepay, we can send an invoice via email. This can be paid securely online with any major credit card. There is a 3.5 % convenience fee for this service. Deposits may be required for Holiday and travel requiring a significant block of time.

Our largest vehicle can seat up to 6 people (subject to amount of luggage).

Number of people in party, travel time, mileage, tolls on route, luggage and any special circumstances are all factors considered in our flat rate.

We are a private service. We will be picking up you / your party only. This is NOT a shared ride service.

You will be provided with your drivers name and cell number the day prior to your scheduled travel. Upon arrival, proceed to baggage claim and pick up any checked bags. Exit baggage claim doors to the curb. Find a place where you can easily be spotted and the driver can stop without blocking crosswalks or restricted areas. Look for a landmark (airports will have numbers or airline signs every so many feet either above you or at eye level). Call your driver. Tell them where you are standing and they will head right over.

As noted above, drivers will pick you up curbside unless other arrangements are made at time of reservation. For an additional fee, we offer a “meet & greet” service.  This is ideal for those who may not carry cell phones or have other special needs. Fees vary by airport.

We ask for your flight information when booking your ride. We use this information to track your flight. We will know of any delays. Short delays will not affect your reservation. Delays over 60 minutes may result in a wait fee added to your fare.

Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is absolutely prohibited in our vehicles at any time.

Florida law is very specific: “No person, driver or passenger, may possess an open container of an alcoholic beverage or consume an alcoholic beverage inside a vehicle while driving or as the passenger”.

Covered or capped beverages such as water, soda, tea, coffee or similar are permitted. Beverages with out lids or caps are not. We prefer you eat before or after your ride and not consume food in our vehicles. You will be charged a minimum $25 surcharge for any added clean up needed as the result of accidental spills or consuming food or snacks in our vehicles.

We ask that you cancel any reservation at least 24 hours ahead of time. Fares requiring a deposit will not be refunded if not canceled within 72 hours. If you are traveling and think you may miss your flight or a connecting flight we require you notify us before the driver is on the road. Failure to do so will require payment for the full fare or drivers time depending.

All animals – excluding service animals- must be kenneled (or in a lap carrier). These restrictions do not affect service animals. A $50 surcharge will be added for any special cleaning required as the result of your pet. Cost of any damage to be determined.

Our policy reflects that of most airlines. For each passenger, 1 checked bag and 1 carry on bag are accommodated free of charge. Extra fees may apply if you exceed this policy. Golf clubs, skate boards or oversized luggage may require you to reserve van service.

Any front seat passenger is required to wear a seat belt. Any passenger ages 6 -18 is required to wear a seat belt. Children 5 years old or younger must be in a federally approved car seat (must be provided).
